I am Alive Because of Miracle

God gave me life to testify and glorify his wonder working power in me. I had been going through a great time of trial for the last nine months as both of my kidneys failed functioning. I had to undergo Haemodialysis twice a week taking entire blood out of my body to purify and to inject again. I was praying to my God who is a great physician to relieve me from this painful experience.

I am grateful for all the prayer groups in India and abroad who upheld me in prayers and now God answered the prayers. I express my thanks to the territorial commander Commissioner P. Yohannan for the financial support and prayer. Doctor advised me to go for kidney transplantation which was too expensive for my family and there was no donor available immediately as my blood group is not identical with any of our family except my father who is a diabetic.

My family and churches in Bareilly cried before the Lord for a miracle to happen. God arranged Mr. & Mrs. Rex Sylvia from England whom we do not know, to bear the cost for the surgery and the sister of my father came forward to donate her kidney risking her life. The transplantation of my aunt's kidney was successfully done on 25th August 2004 at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi and God lengthened my life by doing this miracle. Now my aunt who donated me kidney and myself are doing well to glorify my God. Now I am peaceful. I would join the psalmist in saying “The Lord has chastened me severely, but he has not given me over to death” (Psalms.118:18). I request all the readers of the war cry to keep praying for me to be His witness the rest of my life.
