Senior Officers Leadership Training for India Eastern Territory

Senior Officers Leadership Training for India Eastern Territory was held at Aizawl Club from 28th-29th Oct 2011. The programme was conducted by Commissioner Lalkiamlova the International Secretary and Commissioner Lalhlimpuii, ZSWM, hosted by Colonel Lalngaihawmi, Territorial Commander supported by Major Lalramliana Hnamte, Secretary for Human Resource Development for India, 37 Senior Officers attended this training.

Most of the subjects exposed the leadership role model that are applicable and the allied issues that always keep abreast in the ministry of God for an officer. The difficult and the relevant situation which an officer face in India in his day to day ministrial world was well pictured by Commissioner Lalkiamlova. Delegates were urged to self diagnostic and the findings and reflections thereof have fetched creative involvements to identify the leadership qualities, which is adoptable from the Bible characters. A good exposure of Commissioner's experiences was well benefited by each participant.

This sort of training activities of course lifts the leadership skills up and stirred the zeal and enthusiasm in God's ministry and also very fruitful and beneficial for all the delegates which will enable them to have a better skill for smooth functioning of their leadership administration as well. Certificates for the delegates at the end were given away.
Reported by Major S. Biakliana, Divisional Commander, Western Division, India Eastern Territory
