Lessons from the Eagle

“but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not weary, they will walk and not be faint”. (Isaiah 40:31). I marvel sometimes as to how the people in Isaiah's time knew about the life of the eagle and took lessons from it. Many hundreds of years after Isaiah, Jesus urged people to see the birds of the air and learn lessons from them about God and His dealings with his people.
