International Secretary Lalkiamlova & ZSWM Commissioner Lalhlimpuii visit to Aizawl, IET




Commissioners Lalkiamlova, the International Secretary and Lalhlimpuii the ZSWM paid a visit to India Eastern Territory during the third week of October 2009. During their visits to IET some important events were conducted by them.

Opening of new prayer hall:

Commissioner Lalkiamlova, the International Secretary inaugurated and dedicated Sawleng Corps Prayer Hall on 21st October 2009 at Sawleng village, Central North Division. In his opening speech the Commissioner said, “Today, we are not going to open an empty house, rather we are going to open the house of God”. In his dedication prayer the Commissioner prayed, “When your children come to this house, meet them at the mercy seat. Let all the sound of praise go out through the windows and may your blessings reach to others.

Officers' Meeting for Aizawl city area:

'Active and Retired Officers' Meeting for Aizawl City area was held at the Central Corps Prayer Hall on 23rd October 2009 with Commissioners Lalkiamlova the International Secretary and Lalhlimpuii the Zonal Secretary of Women's Ministries. Commissioner Lalhlimpuii emphasized the importance of shared ministry within couple officers and practical demonstration was held with the help of selected officers. The ZSWM concluded her lecture by requesting officers to grow and develop in the better knowledge of God.

Commissioner Lalkiamlova lectured about the responsibility and ownership of a Priest mentioning that the Officers ought to teach their people about the dangers of corruption and suicide. The Commissioner addressed to the participants that God need people who can stand firm to teach the Word of God in this present age.

In his final message the Commissioner earnestly emphasized on the importance of having Holy Spirit. All the officers knelt down at the mercy seat and rededicate their lives for God's ministry.

Presentation of the Order of the Founder:


The ‘Order of the Founder’ awarded to Brigadier Ngurliana (R) by General Shaw Clifton was presented to the awardee by Commissioners Lalkiamlova and Lalhlimpuii on 25th October 2009 at Ebenezer Corps hall. Brigadier Ngurliana (Rtd.) was born on 1st January 1910 at Ratu village of Mizoram. He is the son of Ratu, the village chief.
