Dedication of One hundred houses for Tsunami Victims at Pondichery


It was an impressive movement in the hearts of the tsunami victims while Commissioner M. C. James, the Territorial Commander ISE Territory dedicated one hundred houses for them at Kilinchelmedu village of Karaikal District, Pondichery Union Territory on 29th May 2008.
