The Salvation Army is part of the Christian Church and it's primary purpose is to lead the unconverted to Salvation.

Despite the wide range of social services that we offer, The Salvation Army was founded as an evangelical organization dedicated to bringing people into a meaningful relationship with God through Christ. The word salvation indicates the overall purpose of the organization-to motivate all people to embrace the salvation provided to them in Christ.

Womens' Ministries (Home League)

Every Corps Community Center holds a weekly program for women of all ages. Programs provide fellowship and education as well as opportunities for service and worship.

Men's Ministry

Mens' Ministries ( Men's Fellowship)

Men of all ages are invited to Corps Community Center programs aimed at the interests of men. Service to others and Christian fellowship are often emphasized.

The Bible

Worship Services

A focus of every Salvation Army Corps is its Sunday services, open to everyone. Salvation Army worship is Christ-centered and uses a variety of expressions, including music and drama. The Word of God, the Bible, is always presented.

Children and Youth Ministry

Realizing that children are the future of every community, all Salvation Army Corps Community Centers provide activities and opportunities for children of all ages. In addition to Sunday School, youth groups and after-school activities help children and young people to be all they can be.

Counseling Services

Every Salvation Army officer (pastor) is trained in Christian counseling, able to provide a listening ear for those facing emotional and spiritual difficulties.
